Frequently asked questions

  • What time is accommodation available?

    You are welcome to our properties from 15:30 on the day of arrival. If possible, we will speed up check-in (please contact us a day or two before arrival).

  • Is it possible to check out later?

    Check-out is possible until 10:00 on the day of departure. We delay check-out whenever possible - during your stay ask if this is possible.

  • Is there parking available on site?

    Yes, both Szczęśliwy Siedlisko and Szczęśliwy Dom have free parking spaces available.

  • Can you bring pets?

    Yes, we accept cats and dogs at no extra charge.


    The Happy House area is fenced and pets are welcome. Let us know when booking that you will be traveling with your pet. When planning to come to Happy House with your pet, remember that:


    • the area of the facility is not fenced

    • our dogs, cats and horses live in the Siedlisko area - if your pet does not tolerate other animals, for the good of everyone, consider whether it would be better to go to Szczęśliwy Domek

    • it is forbidden to leave dogs in the apartments unattended for several hours. If you are going on a trip and cannot take your dog with you, use the specially prepared dog aviary, which is located on the premises of Siedlisko.

    • we can provide a litter box and bowls for your cat to make your trip easier.
  • Can I come to Szczęśliwe Siedlisko with my own horse?

    Yes, we will be happy to discuss all the details of your horse's stay and needs by phone: 789 589 100. The cost of the horse's stay is PLN 50 per horse.

  • Is Szczęśliwe Siedlisko friendly to parents with children?

    Yes, for our youngest guests the following are available upon request:

    • high chair
    • travel cot with bedding
    • bathtub lounger
    • baby bath
    • plastic cutlery and dishes
    • toys and books

    Before your arrival, let us know what you need and we will take care of your comfort.

  • Do the properties have a washing machine and clothes dryer?

    Yes, in the Happy House both the washing machine and dryer are located in the downstairs bathroom.


    In Szczęśliwego Siedlisko apartments, washing machines are available in the bathrooms, while the dryer is publicly available in the building next door.

  • Is there a hairdryer in the facilities?

    Yes, there is a hairdryer in each bathroom.

  • Are toiletries and towels available for guests?

    Yes, we use exclusive Rituals cosmetics. Towels are available for guests on site.

  • Is it possible to order meals on site?

    No, but we have many different places to recommend where you can eat or order food with delivery (Szczęśliwy Domek). The places we have selected for you are from different price ranges. There are both cheaper and more expensive places, but all with good, proven and fresh food. 3 days before arrival you will receive an e-mail from us with information, which contains all the information you need during your stay, including recommended restaurants.

  • Is there a barbecue/fire pit on site?

    Yes, we always try to have a supply of charcoal for the grill and wood for campfires, which we provide to our guests free of charge.

  • What kind of coffee machine is available on site?

    At Szczęśliwe Siedlisko you can find Bosch coffee machines using Tassimo capsules.


    A Zelmer espresso machine with a milk frother is available at Szczęśliwy Domek.

  • Is there Internet/GSM coverage on site?

    Yes, the facilities offer fast wireless Internet and good GSM coverage.

  • How far is it from the lake?

    Szczęśliwy Domek is located between Lake Wałpusz and Lake Lemańskie. You can reach each of them on foot in about 10 minutes.


    In Szczęśliwe Siedlisko we have a private beach on our swimming pond. If you prefer a lake we recommend the beach in Sąpłaty. You can get there from Siedlisko in 7 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bike.

  • How do I make a reservation through the website?

    After selecting the dates you are interested in, you can make a reservation through the website. Currently, we only have the option of paying by bank transfer to the account number provided at the end of the process. You can transfer the total amount for your stay or 30% of the deposit. If you choose the deposit option, please add the note deposit in the title of the transfer.


    If the transfer is not received within 2 business days, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

    We do not refund prepayments for reservations made via the website, but we will transfer the reservation to another date if you inform us 14 days before the reservation date that you need to change the date.
